Professional Liability & Indemnity
Our experience with professional liability exposure goes back to the early days of professional liability claims in Canada in the early 1970s. Throughout those years we have specialized in representing professionals and their indemnity insurers. We have acquired familiarity with the practices and procedures of the professions for which we act, and the laws and regulations that govern them. We are thus well placed to advise them and their insurers on questions of risk and its avoidance and to represent them in disciplinary proceedings and in their defence and resolution of liability claims.
