Air Center Helicopters, Inc. Subparagraph 73(1)(a)(ii) and (iii), paragraph 73(2)(a) and paragraph 75(1)(b) of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA).

 

Licensee ceased to meet the requirement to have the prescribed liability insurance coverage. Licence suspended.

Sunwing Airlines Inc. (Sunwing) and GetJet Airlines UAB (GetJet) Section 60 of the Canada Transportation Act, S.C., 1996, c. 10, as amended (CTA), and section 8.2 of the Air Transportation Regulations, SOR/88-58, as amended (ATR).

 

Application to permit Sunwing to provide its services between Canada and each of the following countries: Cuba, the Dominican Republic, and Mexico, using one aircraft with flight crew provided by GetJet, beginning on Sept 2, 2019, to Oct 1, 2019.

 

Licence granted.
