Gerard is a partner with over 25 years professional experience in the transportation and professional services sectors. His clients include domestic and international airlines, major accounting firms and their insurers. As an advocate he has represented these clients in provincial and federal courts of first instance and appeal, in arbitration proceedings and before various agencies, investigative bodies and tribunals. He provides advice to professionals respecting practice issues and is experienced in the technicalities of aviation licensing and regulatory affairs.

Gerard is a graduate of the University of Toronto Law School. He has been listed as a prominent practitioner in several publications, including Who’s Who Legal, Lexpert, Best Lawyers in Canada and LawDay.
