providing of advice on the development and implementation of privacy policies;
providing advice on the requirements of Canadian transportation legislation and the implications of those requirements for the consummation of proposed acquisitions of transportation undertakings;
representation of carriers in prosecutions relating to the carriage of dangerous goods;
representation of clients in international commercial arbitration.
