Chris C. DEARDEN

Chris joined BJCTB as an associate in 2009 after articling at a large Bay Street firm. He has been involved in a number of commercial and insurance matters before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. During his articling year he successfully advocated at the Small Claims Court and obtained a substantial costs award at trial. Chris also has experience with the provision of coverage opinions and advice on regulatory and administrative law issues. Prior to attending law school, Chris worked as a claims adjuster and obtained his Chartered Insurance Professional designation with the Insurance Institute of Canada.
