Adrienne has been an associate at BJCTB since the firm opened in 2005. She articled and worked at a large Bay Street firm for three years before joining BJCTB. She has a varied litigation practice with particular experience in defamation and media law, general civil litigation and aviation law. She has appeared as council of record at the Supreme Court of Canada, at all levels of the Ontario courts and before administrative tribunals, including the Canadian Transportation Agency and the Ontario Immigration and Refugee Board.

- appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada in Cusson v. Quan as an intervener on a case involving the adoption in Canada of the defence of “responsible journalism”
- appeared before the Ontario Court of Appeal in Hollinger v. Black et al. regarding a publication ban, and succeeded in having the matter sent back for re-consideration
- appeared before the Court of Appeal in R. v. National Post as an intervener supporting journalist-source privilege
- appeared before the Ontario Superior Court in Hamilton on a very lengthy trial involving allegations of defamation and misfeasance in public office
- appeared before the Canadian Transportation Agency on a lengthy hearing regarding accommodation of obese passengers
- regular contributor to BJCTB's monthly Litigation Notes and Transportation Notes
