Tae Mee PARK

Tae Mee is an associate at BJCTB since 2005. She has a varied litigation practice with particular experience in the aviation and defamation/media industries, including claims work, regulatory disputes, administrative law, privacy issues, libel/slander and commercial disputes. Her practice has provided her with the opportunity to appear at the Supreme Court of Canada, Federal Court of Appeal and Federal Court, all levels of the Ontario Courts and before administrative tribunals, including the Canadian Transportation Agency and Canadian Human Rights Tribunal.

Upon graduation from law school, Tae Mee received the Osgoode Society Prize, awarded to the top 15 graduating law students in her class and was also the recipient of several writing awards. Tae Mee completed the 2009 Intensive Trial Advocacy Workshop which is held by Osgoode Law School and modelled after the program developed by the U.S. National Institute for Trial Advocacy.
